RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Every piece is made to order. We don’t mass produce, which means we can’t accept returns on buyer’s remorse.
What We Cover
Defects, print issues, or shipping damage - we’ll replace it or refund you immediately. Send photos to clutchgearnapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll handle it. No hoops to jump through.
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? Email us within 7 days. If we can work it out, we will. But since each piece is custom-made, we can’t guarantee exchanges on sizing errors.
What We Don’t Cover
Changed your mind. Ordered wrong size. Didn’t like the color. Items outside 7-day window.
Our Promise
If your gear arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, we make it right. That’s non-negotiable. But we can’t eat costs on returns for made-to-order items that are fine but you just don’t want.
Quality Issues
Email clutchgearnapparel@gmail.com with photos. We respond within 24 hours. If it’s our fault, we fix it immediately.
